Coordinates loads and drivers through the day: covering freight, tracking deliveries and keeping customers updated on where their load is.
Dispatch Assistant
Supports the dispatch team with documentation, driver and carrier communication, and keeping load and delivery records accurate.
Logistics Coordinator
Plans and tracks shipments from pickup to delivery, coordinating carriers, schedules and delivery timelines.
Freight Dispatch Support
Works alongside our dispatchers to cover freight, resolve delays and keep drivers and customers informed.
Customer Service Representative
Answers questions about shipments, gives customers status updates and resolves issues by phone, email and chat.
